Hello. After many months of anticipation, we are now on the first leg of our Sicilian holiday, having arrived in Taormina today. Thank you Vagabonda for your advice that got us to this stage. Thanks to this forum, I think I know what 'big ticket' things we should do - Greek theatre, cable car, public gardens, wander the Corso Umberto. But what are the little things? Any little squares we should seek out for coffee or drinks? A quirky museum? A viewpoint? Best ice cream? Best cake? Best fruit store? Is the market worth going to? I'd love to have an insiders guide! We're a family of four on a moderate budget. Thank you.
