Understanding Bus timetables

Hi All, Im having a difficult time understanding bus timetables. I will be taking the bus from Rome to Siane, and that part I understand. I must then connect from Siena to San Gimignano, and I am using the following timetable:

When I arrive in Siena on the SENA bus line, which station in Siena will I arrive in? or should I just not worry about it and deal with it when I get there...assuming SOMEONE will speak English when I arrive.
