Bus Schedule...Florence to Greve, please. Ideas for Greve?

Would anyone have a link to the bus schedule from Florence to Greve? We are looking at taking a day trip to Greve and would like access to the bus schedule.

In Greve, would anyone have any recommendations on wineries to visit?

There's an excellent place to wine taste right in the centre of Greve at Le Cantine: www.lecantine.it/cantineUtente/index.php…

It's a great way of getting a good taste (literally) for the various different wines produced in the region as the choice on offer (per a ticket system) is simply massive but it may not be the best place to buy (especially a lot of bottles) as better prices can certainly be found at the vineyards or even, where available, at supermarkets.

A lovely estate making good wines and offering a really good tour is at Vignamaggio. I guess you could cab up and walk back: http://www.vignamaggio.it/english/home.html

Or else take the bus to this one: http://www.verrazzano.com/en/

Here's a useful link for getting around the area on public transport: chianti.com/moving-around-chianti/tips-getti…

There are several good wineries within walking distance of Greve where you can try their production:

Thanks everyone! To those familiar with the bus system, is it possible to take luggage on these buses? I assume there is storage under the bus?

Yes, there's plenty of storage under the bus. Don't try to take anything too big into the bus.
