Geneva to gruyere and broc

I am unclear on what trains to take from Geneva to Gruyere for the cheese factory tour and then to Broc for the chocolate factory tour, and then back to Geneva. Also, how long should we allow for the whole trip?

You go Geneva to Lausanne. Lausanne to Palezieux. Palezieux to Gruyeres. Then on your return, Gruyeres to Bulle. Bulle to Broc Fabrique for the chocolate factory. Finally, Broc Fabrique to Bulle. Bulle to Palezieux. Palezieux to Lausanne. Lausanne to Geneva. If you would like variety for the return journey, you can go Bulle - Montbovon - Montreux - Geneva.

This might seem like a lot of changes, but it's all really easy and efficient. Use www.sbb.ch/en to plan journeys. If you include a fondue lunch, this is really a short day trip.
