interlaken -spiez-visp -zermatt

While going from interlaken to zermatt , on the map I dont see any train between spiez and visp which is included in swiss pass ...do I need to pay extra for this route ???? any other route which is covered in swiss pass ??? via montreaux will be too long though !!!

There are two trains every hour from Spiez to Visp, the journey takes 26 minutes, mostly in a tunnel. The dotted line on the map is the tunnel, it doesn't mean that you have to pay extra.

we didn't pay on Global pass of EU Rail for this route but Glacier Express from visp to Zermatt was not free... keep that in mind because the ticket collector charged us on the train and for a moment it was a shock for us :)

The Glacier Express is a tourist train that charges 33 CHF for a seat reservation. However, there is a normal regional train between Visp and Zermatt every hour which is fully covered by the pass, no extras and no reservation needed. And given that the views between Visp and Zermatt are pretty limited (very narrow valley, no big panoramas), there is no valid reason to pay the supplement for the GE.
