It offers 'pre-registration', just like it says on their website.

I think many hotels in Amsterdam will try to be accommodating.

Pre-registration is not the same as early check-in.

Sounds like they will clean your assigned room as soon as the previous guest departs to make it available for you. If the guest leaves at 11:00 it won't be available but then again if there is no previous guest you luck out. Make sense?

Just ask if they'll store your luggage in any event. You can usually arrive early and unload, then wander of to explore while the room is being prepped.
