Metro from train station to houseboat location help...

I've got a bit of instructions, but maybe could use more....

Is there a specific metro route I must take from Central Station to Weesperplein stop?

Going to Nieuwe Achtergracht 87G, 1018 WN, Amsterdam

Also, while at Central Station can I, and should I, purchase "I amsterdam" or would I be as well served purchasing Strippenkaarten?

We'll be in Amsterdam for four days and surely will be using public transit quite a bit (not to sure about bike hire or scooter hire).

Hi there,

No. Central Station has one platform and all 3 lines there (51, 53, 54) serve Weesperplein, only later on they diverge.

Difficult to determine whether strippenkaart, I Amsterdam or the 72-hour GVB day cards are the best. Depends e.g. on whether you'd use the extras of I Amsterdam card. So do the maths, on gvb.nl you find the prices of the strips and the day cards...

Have fun,
