Apollofirst A Hampshire Classic Hotel - Transport links?

Hi guys,

Just booked this hotel and wanted to know how conveniently its situated in terms of transport links?

How close is the nearest tram stop?

How close is the nearest night bus stop?

Estimated durations for both modes of transport to Dam Square would also be massively appreciated!

Kind regards,

Nick

Take the train to Amsterdam Zuid and then tram (actually a taxi is better and will only cost about €7) and then tram 5 from there.

I don't mind answering your questions but you really need to get acquainted with Google maps which show bus and tram stops. If you click on those blue stops it will tell you which trams stop there.

If you look there you will see that it is no more than 3 minutes walk to the tram stop on the bridge. Tram 24, 5 and night bus 358 stop there but a cab from town will be less than €10 anyway

Night busses, several..

358 will drop you at three minutes walk from the hotel.

You really should start using google maps...

Taxi is indeed the way to go returning to your hotel if there are more than two of you. Just watch out at night not to get ripped off

God, I hate Amsterdam taxi's..
