I've lived here for 3 years but aside from sushi and Wagamama, I really can't think of anywhere for really low fat/low calorie food.
Miss Saigon professes to be healthy but a lot of it's fried.
Any help please? Thank you.

Perhaps start looking beyond Asian food. For example do a google search for vegetarian or vegan places, they tend to serve many healthy dishes.
Edited: 27 November 2013, 11:39P.S. You know what they say about rice (in sushi) nowadays..............
I mentioned sushi because they normally sell sashimi as well.
I think I might well be limited to that as none of my party are veggie/vegan.
I really don't know where or what you've been eating for the past 3 years, but what is wrong with non-Asian vegetable and meat/fish dishes?
And I know plenty of non-vegetarians who'd happily eat dishes without meat (myself being one of them).
It sounds like you might need to widen your horizon a bit.
They're complete carnivores, lol.
I'd be okay with it probably.
I tend to frequent Lloyd Hotel, Lion Noir, NAP, KHL, Campo Di Fiori, Nam Kee, Haesje Claes and The Balti House just as examples. None of which are low fat or low in calories.
Okay I guess we have very different perspectives on 'healthy' and 'low fat'.
I hope someone else can help you!
meat isnt unhealthy..it is all in how it is prepared
Precisely.
That's what I was trying to say as well: what is wrong with non-Asian dishes containing veggies, meat, fish?? I am getting more and more confused about what you mean.
So all those places you mentioned in #5, prepare deepfried or greasy food with high calory sauces only? I'd be very surprised.
There's a place on the Overtoom 409 which serves only raw food. Apparently that is healthy
