friends of mine going to bruge next week read about allowance have just phoned customs glasgow airport and it is only a guidance you can still bring in what you like for your own use they said just keep your receipt

Your "question" has nothing to do with Belgium, but apparently concerns travel to the UK (with cigarettes purchased duty-paid anywhere in the EU)!

Why has this nothing to do with Belguim ?

Useful information to some and not to others but just because the OP was not a ""question"" but advice for visitors to Bruge dont make it invalid as a post of interest for both regular and casual viewers of this Forum .

thanks just posted for british visitors who are genuinley going and bring back cigs for own use cause some people like me also believed that 4 cartons were only allowed till i phoned custom if in doubt phone customs glasgow airport they will keep you right if your not selling you have nothing yo worry about
