2 weeks in algarve...coves, restaurants, routes

Goodmorning

we are a couple and our 4 years old daughter and wil be travelling to algarve for 2 weeks in august. Could you recommend us some nice restaurants to taste local good quality seafood and some scenic driving routes ?...also since we don't like huge beaches but we prefer secluded coves are there any recommendations provided they are safe for kids?

thanks

Where are you staying? The cove beaches between Albufeira Marina and Gale are, in my opinion, the best in the Algarve. Each of the main ones are signposted off the coast road and have bars. Head for Sao Rafael, the main one if you don't mind crowds, but Castelo, Evaristo and Coelha (a further walk from the car parking) will be a little quieter. There are also smaller more secluded beaches with no vehicular access.
