Albufeira old town.

Hi,

Could anyone give advice on hotels in the old town. Any recommendations for a 3 or 4 star hotel with nice gardens as want some shade as don't like to sunbathe.

Thanks

When do you plan to come? If you haven't already booked for any time before mid-September and unless you are rich, forget it. A week for two at one seafront hotel in early September is currently going for £4,000 bed and breakfast.

Most of the hotels in the old town don't have actual gardens although there wuld be shade under the terrace umbrellas etc. And in the bars of course.

have you looked at renting an apartment? some have the use of the pool on the complex, and doing your own catering, along with the home comforts ,is great !

Thanks. We really wanted a hotel with a nice garden but may have to reconsider if we can't get one.
