Old Village

We are thinking of staying at Old Village in Vilamoura next April . Are the restaurants etc likely to be open at this time of year , both in Old Village and at the Marina ? Also any idea what sort of weather we can expect ?

Thanks

We visited friends staying in Old Village end of April this year, all the restaurant/bars were open there ( although quiet) all the marina ones were open too. Weather was excellent. can get nippy at night around the marina.

hi,

Liverpoolman is right. All restaurants are open in marina and in oldvillage too. Is a quit mounth with only a few tourists and weather is warm, could rain 1 day or 2 and be cloudy a few hours or be a litle bit windy on the beach. If you will came in Easter time it will be more buzy because is school holidays and many portuguese tourists travel to Algarve.

Better bring summer clothes but a jachet is necessary by night.

I'm going to be staying at the Old Village and would like to know if there are any sun beds around the pool areas. If there are any is it advisable to reserve them with a towel in the morning ?
