Celiac and safety of eating out? Best ground cooked meal?

We are planning on staying 8 nights in February. I cannot have gluten or dairy. For that reason, we will rent cottages rather than staying in hotels so I can cook. I would like to have one or two meals out if possible. I am especially interested in the ground cooked meals. Any suggestions?

Thank you!

It's called "cozido das Furnas" if you go to Furnas you can see the place where it's done and all restaurants will have it. http://www.azores.gov.pt/Gra/srrn-cets-en/menus/secundario/onde+comer/

Thank you. I assume that all the places have the same general dish from you post.

Thanks again for your help.
