If you can get easily from Lourdes to Barcelona in Spain (I can't help you with this part) that would be your best shot. From Barcelona you can take a low cost flight (www.vueling.com) to Lisbon and from here take a bus (www.rede-expressos.pt) or train (www.cp.pt) to Fátima. You will have to get back to Lisbon and from here take a flight to Paris (check the best deal at www.edreams.pt).
Another option from Lourdes is if you make way to Bordeaux, Hendaye or anywhere in between. From these places you can take the train to the Spanish border at Hendaye and there take the "sud-express" train to Lisbon. It will take you a whole day though...
Many thanks for the information. God bless.
There are buses about once every hour which take about 90 minutes and cost €9 one-way. These leave from the Sete Rios bus terminal which is in the northern part of the city near the metro station of the same name.
You can get full details at www.rede-expressos.pt but note the site is in Portuguese only. Advance reservation recommended.
The train station called Fatima is 15 miles from town so that isn't really an option!
Thanks for the additional information. God bless.
