Camping/Transportation in surrounding areas of Lisbon

I will be going to Sintra-Cascais Natural Park. From Sintra, how do you get to the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park? Can you walk/take a bus? Is there a fee to enter? Is camping allowed in the park and if so, are there established campgrounds or is "wild" camping allowed?

I will also be going to Arrabida Natural Park. From Setabul, how do you get to the Arrabida Natural Park? Can you walk/take a bus? Is there a fee to enter? Is camping allowed in the park and if so, are there established campgrounds or is "wild" camping allowed?

Sintra is in the Natural Park (at one of it's borders but in the park). Campsite Orbitur Guincho it's not far to the beach and with acesses to Sintra. There you have the bus from Scoturb to go to from Sintra and Cascais.

In arrábida you have several campsites, near Aldeia do Meco, near Azeitão you have Parque de Campismo de Picheleiros and at Outão. You'll have the bus from TST to go to from the towns and villages in the area. www.campigir.com/pt/pagina/6/campimeco/
