We are arriving in Lisbon airport from Canada via Newark, Terminal 1, at 8:20am on a Friday this July. We need to catch a train to Porto. How long does it usually take to get thru passport control etc?. I think we will take carry-on bags only. There are trains from Oriente train station at 9:39, 10:09 and 11:39. I want to book tickets in advance as suggested, but no idea which train to book. Leaning towards booking 11:39 and if we are early, trying to get on an earlier train. Not sure if there is a fee for changing a ticket, there probably is, but better than booking an earlier train and missing it.
Anyone have experience with this?
