please help :) we trying to go there for one day trip , where do we go and where to buy tickets and stuff ...

In Lisbon you go to Cais do Sodré railway station. You can buy tickets there. Here's the train schedule:

The tickets have to be loaded in a support card called "VivaViagem" that costs 0,5€. You can do that at the ticket offices at Cais do Sodré.

The trains run alongside the river, so it is a very pleasant ride, They leave every 20 minutes for most of the day, seven days a week, every 30 minutes early in the morning and in the evenings with last trains at 1am.
