The Way to Santiago de Compostela

Hello

I/we are thinking about walking the way to Santiago de Compostela. We don't have 2 months, more like 2 weeks max. So I am thinking something like 100 km or 200 miles max. Typical trails are from Spain, but I would like to ask if anyone has done it/ know the Portuguese approach? What town would I want to start from? Any advantages to Portuguese routes (central vs. coastal) compared to the Spanish sides? I don't want to discount Portugal, though it seems a road less traveled.

Thank you!

There are several routes in Portugal, but one from Porto to Santiago can be an option. caminhoportuguesdesantiago.com/EN/caminho.php
