I booked this hotel through a well known website under the condition that payment would be made on check out. However three months later, but five months before our stay, payment was taken from my credit card. Unfortunately it took three weeks of communication to get a refund. The hotel failed to refund us but he website stepped in after some haggling. I can understand that this may be a misunderstanding, but the website is still supporting bookings to this hotel. Has anyone else experienced such problems?
