There will be a giant screen in Cais de Gaia, showing all the World Cup matches. Also one in Praça D. João I.

Eating places:

Francesinha - go to "Santiago Café" or "Bufete Fase";

Tripas à moda do Porto - go to "O Buraco"

Visit also Casa Guedes and enjoy a Pork sandwich with typical portuguese cheese.

Enjoy Porto!

Your hotel is really close to S. Bento station, so it's easy to reach by metro. The shuttle is about 5 €, and the metro 2,35 €, but the shuttle would be faster I reckon.

From the airport, is better to stop at the Bolhão metro station and then walk Santa Catarina street - 5 minutes to reach B&B Hotel. If you choose the São Bento station, you need to change lines at Trindade station.

I don't see why it would be best to exit at Bolhão station and walk twice as much, loaded with luggage just so you don't have to change trains. I could understand if you had to pay extra, but it's the same price if you exit at Bolhão or S. Bento. Choose the closest one so you don't have to carry your bags throughout the town.

The distance is basically the same, from Bolhão or S. Bento metro stations, to B&B.
