Normally the easiest way is to take the airport train (20 mins) to Gare du Nord, which is about 5 mins walk to your hotel if you take the back exit into rue de Brabant, However, this costs €7.80 per person including children over 6, which means you might almost as well take a taxi (there are usually bigger vans in the line at the airport, taking 6 or more persons), for €45-€50.

The absolute cheapest - but longest, up to 40 mins - way would be to take De Lijn bus 272 or 471 from the bus area on level 0 at the airport, to the bus station below Gare du Nord: brusselsairport.be/en/… - this would cost €2 per person bought outside the bus but I don't think there is a De Lijn ticket machine at the airport which would mean buying tickets from the driver at the cost of €3 per person (www.delijn.be/vervoerbewijzen/index.htm).

And you would still have to walk, via rue du Progrès, 10 mins to Place Rogier, or take the metro 1 stop (€2 per person).
