Time differences on the forums

Hi, is anyone else experiencing time differences of 5 hours on the forums. My tablet is listing the posts in the correct time (GMT) but my phone is 5 hours behind, but all the posts are identical??

Sounds like one is .co.uk (UK) and the other is .com (USA).

Just change to .co.uk and it should be ok.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply. I'm not using Firefox or Internet explorer, I'm using the apple app on both my phone and iPad.

Not sure you can see your reply that you have edited 5 hrs before you wrote your reply!!

LOL, But, on my laptop the times are OK, and as you say, on my phone (android) the times are different, (post and edit). Odd, I will think about it.

Thank you for replying. I'm very confused, but then again it doesn't take a lot:)

Hi Julie,

You could consider copying your question on the "Travel Gadgets and Gear" forum as lots of techno geeks look at that site.

In case you don't know how to find the forum.

On the right of this page is "Beyond Destination Forums. Below that is "See All". Click on that and you will find the forum that may well help.

Hi again. Just to update, I followed your instructions Travelbob and I'm awaiting a reply.

I have noticed today that whenever anyone edits a post the time difference is still there.

Well, GBs post says 13:59 on my PC, and edited at 14:00.

So maybe it is just you, but not because you've done anything stupid! It's probably a setting somewhere deep inside a menu somewhere which you've never even seen!!

Are you on a phone/PC/Mac/Tablet today?
