Need help with Honeymoon plan at Athens, Santorini & Greece

Planning my Honeymoon in Greece. Reaching Athens on the 13th July, and start my return from Athens on the 19th July morning. Plan :

13th evening and all of 14th at Athens.

Chkout on 15th from Athens and head to Santorini - remainder of 15th and all of 16th in Santorini.

Chkout on 17th morning from Santorini and head to Mykonos. All of 18th at Mykonos and go straight to the Athens airport to depart on 19th morning.

What do you make of this plan? Also, in the time I intend to spend at each place, what are the things we must do for sure.

Are there any specific Hotels or packages that you would recommend - looking to keep my Budget under 2500 Euros, excluding international airfare.

hi and congratulations! i think most would tell you that it's a rushed itinerary but i guess you want to see as much as possible in your limited time.

things to do in santorini here (open air cinemas are my favourite, here is the site of the one in santorini http://www.cinekamari.gr/ )

for things to do on mykonos, you can go to mykonos forum

tripadvisor.com/ShowForum-g189430-i401-Mykon…

and type ''things to do'' at the research bar at the top of the page..you can use the same technique for any other question you may have..the default is in relevance, you can change it into date for more recent answers.

for specific hotels in these two islands you can start a new thread in their forums.. http://www.booking.com/ is a god site to search hotels according to your budget,,,if you click on ''additional search options'' you can customize your research according to your budget-likings..once you fond he hotels you want google their site and book with them directly-unless there is a better offer in booking.com

also i would say fly from athens to santorini and mykonos to athens..ferries take several hours and with your limited time it would be such a waste..tickets for these flights here

http://en.aegeanair.com/

https://www.olympicair.com/en

you only have to take a ferry from santorini to mykonos, ferry schedules here (if you have a dfficulty in navigating through these two sites let us know)

http://www.openseas.gr/openseas/index.html

http://www.gtp.gr/RoutesForm.asp

once you find the ferry schedules you want google the ferry's company site and book with them directly.

for athens stay in one of these areas..plaka,syntagma,akropolis,monastiraki..all close to each other, well served by metro stations..all the sites in athens are close to each other, all in athens center, you can walk are use the metro to get around..while in metro and crowded places watch out for pickpocketing,it's the only likely event that will spoil your holiday..keep your valuables out of reach and be aware ,especially in crowded -touristy places.

things to do in athens here
