Radison Blue Hotel

Hi all,

Is Radisson blue in a safe area to stay esp night? First time in Athens and we are looking for a good hotel with a pool, wifi, fitness centre and Radisson fits the bill. The other 5 stars seem a bit more expensive. ( this is for end of June)

Please advise or if there are any other options

Thanks

also looked at two IHG Hotels- Crown Plaza and Intercontinental Athenaeum- any preference over one regarding location and service

Crown Plaza is a great hotel in a great location 3 minutes from the Megaron Mousikis metro station or an easy 20 minute walk to Syntagma (the center of the city) much better than Radison location wise

Intercontinental is too far away from the center but it is the best hotel out of the 3.

Thanks. That's very helpful. Like you say all reviews of Intercontinental are very good. We like to have a pool, internet and fitness centre. Hence I have also looked at Electra Palace but even its reviews aren't as good as those of Intercontinental.

Electra Palace is even better and right in the center.
