Google maps has this hotel in completely the wrong place! It is in platia eleftherias (Liberty Square) and it depends how quick you can get up a very steep hill. The easiest way is to walk out of the front of the bus station to the main road and as you are looking at the sea/ferries turn left. Follow the road to the small roundabout then turn left inland and follow the road up the steep hill, at the top you can either turn left or right, turn left and follow the road all the way up to the very top where you will come into a very busy square and the Astoria Capsis is on the square on your right hand side.

It would probably take a normal able bodied person 15 - 20 mins to walk thanks to the steepness of the hill.
