Yes, just returned last week from Agia Anna. Annita is about 10 mins from the main village and I heard they were nice. We stayed at Antonina and they were very central, 2 mins from the beach, shops and restaurants.

Just returned from a week at Annita Studios - they were basic but clean - towels & sheets changed every other day. It's literally 5 minutes walk to the village centre (& beach) down a relatively busy road (with no pavement so watch out for the cars). Other than that, couldn't really fault them, if you're not looking for luxury.
