Taverna in Agia Anna

Hi all

I'm going to Naxos next and want to visit one of my favourite tavernas for lunch on my birthday.

Can anyone tell me the name of the taverna which overlooks the little harbour to the left of the beach?

It's 5 years since I last visited and want to make sure it still exists before I make the trip from Paros. It specialises in mayirefta dishes and I think it may also rent studios.

Your help will be appreciated.

Thanks

The tavern is called Gorgonas. The owners are Dimitri and Kula. Its a big tavern with very friendly people.

Gorgona, which hands Down is one of the best ones in Naxos, in the Winter locals do visit a lot, in the summer somehow less as it can get a little too crowded for most naxians.
