Itinerary Suggestions for 5 days

We are arriving Saturday June 14th on plane from Athens around 1

Then heading to drop off luggage at hotel first....

Staying in Noussia....

We would like to see Antiparos

And day trip to Mykonos

So far that's all I have planned....

Can someone help with itinerary suggestions ?

Does the ferry run everyday to different islands ?

We leave on 19th by ferry to naxos.

Don't miss Parikia, Lefkes, Drios...

What do you prefer more, beaches or sights?

Ferry line from Pounta to Antiparos is very frequent.

Car rental is a good solution or you can use great bus service.

Daily excursions to Mykonos aren't available every day, keep that in mind when planning...

There are day trips 3/4 days per week to Delos/Mykonos, and they leave from Naoussa.

The Captain Ben round-island boat trip is a good choice, and if you stay on Antiparos after the end of the trip you can have a look around Antiparos Town, maybe staying late for dinner before taking the ferry back to Pounta on Antiparos. If you could spare another day for Antiparos, there is a stalactite cave, and lots of beautiful villas and beaches to the south of the island. A car is useful for venturing outside Antiparos Town.

Spend some time in Parikia, too. The Church of 100 Doors (Ekatontapyliani) is beautiful, and right behind it is a small archaeological museum. The kastro area is well worth exploring, and there is a small ancient cemetery near the ferry docks.

Book with the ferry company - most agencies charge a booking fee and if the ferry happens to be cancelled you would have to get your refund from that agency which could be inconvenient.

The Highspeed ferries are much larger than the Flying Cats and give a much smoother ride if the seas happen to be rough and are also less likely to be cancelled due to winds.

Economy seats are arranged in rows, like aircraft seats (but with more leg-room), whereas economy table seats are on either side of a table. The seats themselves are usually the same so it's just a matter of personal preference.
