book ferry in advance for next week?

Hi there. We're leaving tomorrow for Santorini for 4 nights. On Thursday the 12th, we need to get to Naxos. I see that there is a Blue Star ferry leaving at 3:30, arriving 5:30. Do we need to book this in advance? Will the economy seats be too full if we wait?

Then, on the 14th we need to get from Naxos to Mykonos. Hellenic seaways has a one hour 10 minute boat on the flying cat 4. Do we need to book this in advance? When would you advise that we book them?

Thanks!

It will be plentyful of tickets from Santorini to Naxos. It is a large ferry and it is after main season. You may buy the Mykonos ticket in Santorini when you already are in a ticket offifce.

Blue Star Delos is a large ferry, its capasity is 2400 passengers. You will have plenty of space.

The other fact about Blue Star is that Santorini is the point of origin for its return trip to Piraeus. Even in high season it is never full leaving Santorini, because it picks up more passengers at Naxos and Paros.
