Booking early

Does anyone think if it is better to book next years summer holiday in next couple of months or are the best deals in January? I think Parga will probably get booked up quickly?

we waited until june to book for this july 24th and still had a good choice of accomadation the price was 730 for 3 adults at christmas it was 1300, if you dont mind taking a risk and hoping the prices come down it may for if you want a certain hotel and flights then book early

and look forward to your holiday , the prices for booking early are not as good as they once were

Parga as you can see is very popular and if you need a particular date its probably better to book early as the Manchester flights especially do get booked up.

Hi

We booked 2 weeks ago for the Alpha 31st May 2015 there were 4 rooms left, now all have gone, flight from Manchester. If you don't mind where you stay I think you could wait. Last year we booked late and got a very good deal in September at the Angelika.

We stayed in the Alfa couple of years ago and loved it. There seems to be a lot of repeat bookings there so always gets booked up early. Unfortunately we have to go in school holidays in July or August so much too expensive there now.

Thanks for everyones advice - defo want to go to Parga though - love it there

School holidays for private schools most schools finish middle to end of next week only very few finished this Friday. Mine finish a week on Tuesday 29th and prices do go up. We go independently and have found in recent years it is better to book flights as they are released but if your not bothered where you stay and there is only 2 of you, you could probably find something cheaper last minute.

Hi,

We have booked for next May at the Alfa as we know it gets booked up quickly.

It was more expensive & we found that Thomsons have only allowed 15kg instead of the 20kg we had this year.

I think depending on if you don't mind where you stay & you're not dependent on school holidays etc ,you can probably get away with waiting to see how the prices go.

We're off to Corfu later in the year for two weeks & booked a year ago.We thought we might have to change it to a week as family were thinking of visiting. It would have been more expensive to book one week after Christmas than it was the two in the summer. So you just don't know.

Leo
