Sorry I can't answer your question but to help others who maybe can, which Mandraki beach do you mean? There are two, one being Elias Mandraki.

The beach is Elias Mandraki, down the wooden boardwalk with the tavern at the bottom.

Thanks RT

Hi can you please let me know where this beach is on the island. Can you only get there by car?

Hi easy by foot, get off bus at 23, take the path in front of you going left passed hotel, this will take you through the pine forest and keep going straight ahead till you hit the beach, takes about half hour to walk, well worth the walk. Just return from there!

Lovely little taverna with the best chips you'll have anywhere! When we left the beach on the last day of our holiday last year, the lady owner said 'Bye, see you tomorrow', when we told her it was our last day, she called for her husband and the two of them shook our hands and he gave us a bottle of wine. He wrote on the label their names (including their children) and told us to drink it on New Year's Day and it would bring us good luck and mean we would return to Skiathos some day. Needless to say we drank the wine and promptly booked another holiday to this lovely island!
