Lodging Advice for Copenhagen.

Thanks to a lot of helpful comments in my previous post, I have come up with skeleton plan for our scandinavia trip. Now to second part of making hotel arragements for which I need advice again. So our travelling patry will be me and my wife, both in 30s, 6 yr old son and one yr old daughter. We would like to stay in city center as advised bt will have to carry our luggage from cenrtal train station to lodging spot so ideally looking for something in close walking distance from central train station. Our budget is about $200-250 per night. Obviously cheaper is better:) Was hoping to get some suggestions about good hotels in this price range in this area.

Also I did look at airbnb.com for apartments rentals, they seems to be cheaper then hotels, maybe better with little one as they do have kitchen and all, but don't know how to go about finding a good one, anyone stayed in any of city center apts available, any reviewes or suggestions?

BTW we will be travelling from June 25 th onwards staying in Copenhagen from June 26-30.

Thanks for all the help.

I think an apartment will suit you very well.

Hotel rooms in Copenhagen tend to be small, so you may be limited to the number of hotels you can stay at as a result as many won't accomodate 4 people as standard. Additionally most international visitors to Copenhagen find the city very expensive for eating out so a kitchen can save you money if this is a concern.

Airbnb has a system by where only previous guests that have booked that place can leave a review. I would say to narrow down your choices based on location and then read the reviews to and judge from the photos which would suit you best. Indre By is city centre in Danish and is a category you can search by on Airbnb. Come back and ask for advice on specific locations once you've a short list.

A taxi from the airport to the city will cost around $30 so this could be an alternative to taking the train and walking. Remember also you can take the metro direct from the airport so could look for places to stay around Norreport which is a metro stop and very central for Copenhagen.

Just had a quick look on airbnb myself out of curiosity and this place looks very good too.

It is very close to where I live so I can vouch for the area being lovely but the views in the limited photos look amazing. I have a friend that lives in a similar building but much lower down.

It doesn't have reviews yet so could be a bit of wild card but I'm very curious about it, sounds very good.

So looked at a few places, following are the links of three that I found interesting:

https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/337679

https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/495633

https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/656840

I was hoping if someone is kind enough to go through the links and let me know what you think about these places, location etc.?

Thanks for all the help.
