re train strike

We are due to travel Copenhagen-Malmo on 26th and the strike looks pretty solid.

At the moment our car hire is from Malmo, wr wondered if collecting it at Copenhagen and driving across is a viable option or if there are expensive charges for crossing borders.

One way rentals are usually costly, but there are plenty of ways to get across the bridge without Öresundståget. DSB operate rail replacement buses from Copenhagen airport across the bridge, and there are numerous other buses, for instance Graahundbus. And a few SJ long distance trains.
