What kind of food do you like? There are plenty of good restaurants on Kungsholmen and in Vasastan.

There are plenty of restaurants close to where you stay. Here are a few that aren't expensive (they aren't cheap either). You will probably need to run google translate on their pages:

Texas Long horn, Steaks

http://texassmokehouse.se

El Diablo, Mexican and Swedish dishes

http://el-diablo.se

Spisa hos Helena, Mostly Swedish dishes

http://www.spisahoshelena.se/

You are also close to a restaurant that is a bit expensive, but might be worth to visit. From their home page:

Awarded "Best new restaurang" in the White Guide 2012

Jonas Lundgren is a multifaceted prize winning chef with a silver in the worlds most prestigious competition, the Bocuse d'Or, in 2009

Allmäna Galleriet (AG) if you like your meat (although on the pricier side), maybe Mäster Anders which is a French Bistro with some Swedisg classics, above listed El Diablo is good and if you don't mind a hotel environment the restaurant at Courtyard by Marriot (Björk) is not too shabby.

AND... Even though they have dinner I recommend Petit France for brekkie.Great little French bakery.

You can try this link:

translate.google.com/translate…

This is what I did:

open:

translate.google.com

Select source language in the left box and destination laguage in the right box. Enter the url in the left box. You will then see a message that says that you should drag the link down to the middle of the page. You can do that by selecting the url-text and drag it down.

Btw. I don't know if you have planned how/where you will eat lunch. Many restaurants have lunch specials, and some also have buffet during lunch. Lunch at a restaurant costs about 75 - 95 kr.
