I would walk, its ca15 min. The alternative metro would mean ca 3 min by metro and 12 min walking. Good exercise!

Maybe a good idea to get a bike? You can take nice bike trips on your time off, apart from using it to get to work.

Thanks. Can you tell me which is the closest metro station? is Bus an option? also if you can let me know the closest phone house store to Upplandsgatan 30. Phone and internet connection would be the first thing i would need there.

The closest metro station would be Odenplan.

Quite a few bus lines operate at Odenplan, too (among others bus 2 and 4).

Bus 69 operate from parallell street Dalagatan (two blocks away). It could be an option for you to go to Regeringsgatan (bus stop Kungsträdgården). Walking will probably be faster, though.

There is a Phone House store at Odeplan, (Odengatan 62).

Thanks so much.

Also, if you can help on a good 3G data plan. I would require unlimited data usage plan preferable on phone. I browsed through various sites and have not come across any plan which has unlimited usage. There is a max limit of 10 GB / 20 GB. Skype video call takes up 1-2GB per hour so even 20 GB may not be enough :)

As far as I know, there are no more unlimited mobile data plans available in Sweden.

Maybe a prepaid plan would be something? Comviq charges 200 SEK for 10 GB (max 30 days). When you've used all your data, you can top up another 10 GB and so on.

Otherwise, 3 charges 299 SEK/month for 50 GB or 399 SEK/month for 100 GB. https:/… (run through google translate)
