Finnish Sim Card

I will be moving to Finland in mid April and taking my mobile phone but hoping to get a Finnish Sim card. I use about 200 minutes, 200 messages and 500GB data in the UK, can anyone recommend a company/sim card deal to get?

It may turn out that they'll only sell you a prepaid sim card in the beginning. But don't worry; Finnish mobile rates are among the cheapest in the world. If your phone uses micro sim (eg. iPhone, Nokia Lumia series etc.) a Saunalahti micro sim card prepaid package might be your best option if you can't get a normal mobile subscription. Mobile operators' package deals (as described in the above post) do not include international calls.

Prepaid SIM cards and top-up vouchers are available e.g. at the "R-kioski" convenience stores. No ID is required for purchase.

You can switch another SIM card into your phone only if it has not been SIM locked into the service of your mobile operator. You have to check the terms of your contract. If your phone is SIM locked you can get it unlocked by paying a fee to your operator.
