Finland holiday help

Looking for some help for booking a wildlife adventure in Finland so ive a few questions which hopefully someone has the answer to as im getting no where searching.

Does anyone know if you can combine bear watching & fishing for a holiday?

Can you do whale watching or is that Iceland ?

Is the cost of food & drink expensive like other Scandinavian countries?

What are the best/most reliable companies to check for holidays?

Many thanks in advance

"Does anyone know if you can combine bear watching & fishing for a holiday?"

The bear watching is done in pretty remote corners of Finland, but sure there are always lakes nearby where you can go fishing

"Can you do whale watching..."

Sure you can watch, but won't see any :D. Nearest location for that is Tromso in Norway.

"Is the cost of food & drink expensive like other Scandinavian countries?"

Finland is not a Scandinavian country, but the price of food is basically the same as in Sweden. Strong alcoholic drinks esp in bars are expensive.

It's very difficult to see bears in the wilderness, but there's a place in Kuusamo were you can get a close look at them: http://www.kuusamon-suurpetokeskus.fi/ Maybe you can even handfeed them ;-) In Kuusamo there are also lots of lakes where you can fish.
