Hi

The forecast for Reykjavik at news.bbc.co.uk is heavy rain all through the week!

This is maybe only partly true because it is well likely that it will rain all these days but not all the day.

Have a look at http://en.vedur.is and have a look at how the clouds are NOT over Reykjavik and surrounding areas at night time.

In my opinion the aurora forecast is not to be taken to seriously so many days in the future. This can change and sometimes the most beautiful Northern Lights are when there is poor forecast! Most of the time they are right though :-)

Kind regards,
