Ramla Bay Resort, Paradise Bay Hotel, Seabank Hotel and Coastline Hotel. All 4 star. Enjoy!

Santana Hotel in Qawra is ok and right by the bus depot.

I did notice the Coastline as a recommendation but in the middle of November would suggest it's very isolated and very limited with its choice of routes serviced outside. Ramla Bay resort definitely is off route and a car is almost essential.

Both Sliema and Qawra at least give you options.

The Coastline is now a Saga hotel, so you need to be 50+.

I agree with Scubapro - you need to be more central than Ramla Bay, Paradise Bay etc. Either Qawra or Sliema. In Sliema try Preluna Hotel, Victoria Hotel and also Le Meridien in St Julian's (just along the coast from Sliema - they adjoin),
