Wedding

Hi we are looking at getting married in Malta in May or June 2014. We would like our reception to be at a private villa and the civil ceremony else where. Can anyone recommend a villa that can hold around 80 guests for the wedding reception, caterers and a venue for the ceremony please.

I realise its a lot but I'm at a loss as to where to start. Any help would be much appreciated.

Kind regards.

Shirley.

Bella Vista is not a private villa, but a family run hotel in Qawra. It is known for hosting lavish wedding private parties besides accommodating holiday makers. but the rivates parties are held in rooms away from regular hoilday makers areas.

Good luck and congartulations

Cheers

Cas

many in the past have suggested getting a cheap flight to Malta to check places out beforehand.

If money is not a problem and you would like an grand wedding, check out palazzo parisio, villa bologna and xara palace.. Lovely venues. Otherwise for a more budget but still lovely venue try out Capua Palace, Corinthia Villa hall and Casino Maltese. All lovely venues in my opinion. Btw check http://www.theweddingsite.com/

You will find anything needed for weddings in Malta. Getting married myself soon in Malta i found the site very helpful.

I do agree if you can get a cheap flight out even for a weekend you could see most of the Island for €12 bus ticket do out a list of venues by looking on sites like Booking.com see what the hotels are like and then check out T/A for pictures and reviews on them you will also get a list of villas on t/a.
