Are the electrical plug outlets on Malta like the ones in Sweden, or do I need a special adapter? Thanks!
As this was a British Colony, the socket out lets are all 13 amp so you will need to use adaptors, I wouldn't worry they are cheap to buy here, have a nice time in MALTA.
Yes you will need a UK style 3 pin adaptor. Some of the 5* hotels can provide these, however, to agree with Knowcats, these are readily available and reasonably priced in Malta.
We had this question answered some time ago .
Most hotels will let you have one adapter , but I usually carry a multiple outlet extension , so that I can charge all my cameras , mobiles , laptop and othe stuff without problem ,as usually a hotel room only has two outlets and one is connected to the TV .
In Malta we use the 13 amp square 3 pin plugs , like the UK type .
Welcome to Malta
