Is the Castle open to visitors? If so, how much?

No, the castle is not accessible to visitors, and neither are the grounds. It´s the residence of the Prince, thus one of the few castles still used in the originally intended sense.

I don't think so - last time I have read the crown prince was in Sankt Gallen doing his PhD in economics at HSG... (and a friend of mine actually saw him there).
