We've been in October and had ok weather but torrential rain as well.

Can't comment on restaurant prices as I only ate out once last year when we were there. Can't remember exactly what we paid but it seemed pricey at the time.

Depending on when in October you go you could get glorious wall to wall sunshine like we did in the last week of October last year or some rain and the evenings are cooler, especially after the clocks go back and it gets darker earlier.

On average it is low 20oC, although could lift to mid 20oC in the afternoon. You may get rain then again you may not.

I find drinks and meals out to be similar in price to the UK and many places offer drinks and meal deals.

We went to Paphos last October and it was pleasantly warm few clouds but no rain. And you can eat quite cheaply depending on where you go. There are alot of meal deals etc 2courses for €12.
