Are the buses scheduled on June 13?

We are arriving on a cruise ship June 13 and have heard conflicting information re buses working that date. Is it a holiday?

We were planning on taking the bus to Nice and Eze. We are a group of 6, could a taxi take all of us? How much would that cost?

Thanks so much for any advice.

Monday 13th is a holiday, so buses will be running a "Sunday" service. You won't be able to get from Monaco to Eze on the bus that day, but you will get to Nice, and you can get from Nice to Eze.

How would we get back from Eze?

How much would a taxi cost? For 3 people? 6 people?

Thanks!

From Monaco to Eze and back on a Sunday/holiday:

1) taxi, approx. 40 euros each way - for 6 people you might need 2 taxis.

2) bus 100 or train to Nice, bus 82 from Nice to Eze.

3) bus 100 or train to Eze sur Mer, bus 83 from Eze sur Mer to Eze village.

Returning to Monaco from Eze, you could retrace either step 2 or 3 or get a taxi. You could also walk up or down or both from Eze sur Mer to Eze Village, but it's steep and you need to be relatively fit, take plenty of water and sunscreen to do it. Can take up to about 2 hours to walk up, 1 hour to walk down.
