Vienna by myself

Due to my brother booking a flight a day later than myself, I will be spending Friday night and Saturday day by myself in Vienna. I'm an 18 year old girl with a reasonable grasp of German, having completed an A level in it. Will I be safe?

I would also like to know what places/sights you recommend I see on the Saturday or just interesting things to do by myself.

Thanks :)

You will be extremely safe. Not sure where in Yorkshire you come from, but safety wise Vienna is more like a Dales village rather than Leeds, say. As for what to do it depends what you've got planned to do when your brother arrives! Where are you staying?

Totally safe. Don't even worry about it at all. Vienna is beautiful, don't worry about safety, just enjoy this jewel of a city.

You will be safe.

Many surveys rank Vienna as one of the top 10 cities in the world to live and work. One criteria is safety.
