Hotel Information

We are coming into Vienna by air late at around 2100. We are leaving the next morning from Franz-Josef Bahnhof train station.

Which hotel would be easier to get to this station from- The Austria Trend Hotel Savoyen Vienna or Hotel Das Tyrol. Also is their a hotel that would be closer for this overnight? Thanks.

From the Savoyen to Franz-Josef, there are numerous ways to travel on public transportation, requiring 1-2 changes, total travel time 20-30 minutes, depending on the time of day. Total cost is 2 Euros per person.

From Das Tyrol, the easiest way would be to walk to the Ring (.5 km) and catch the D tram which stops in front of the train station. Total travel time would be 20-30 minutes and cost is 2 Euro per person.
