I have been trying to figure out how to get from Hotel Beethoven Wien to the Meilding Station in Vienna. I have been looking at the map at it looks quite far.....is there a bus that we could take to the station? Thank you in advance

1. Re: transportation

The directions are on the hotel's website... here is getting TO the hotel from Wien Meidling - just do the opposite.

Wien Meidling/Philadelphiabrücke

Take U-Bahn U6 (brown line) towards 'Floridsdorf` as far as Längenfeldgasse, transfer on the same platform to the U4 (green line) and continue towards Heiligenstadt as far as the Karlsplatz U-Bahn station. Take the Secession exit, walk past the Secession (building with golden dome) until you come to Linke Wienzeile and turn into the first street on the right, Millöckergasse. After 10 metres, you will see the hotel on the right-hand side on the corner of Millöckergasse/Papagenogasse.

It's about 200 yards walk from the hotel to Karlsplatz station entrance. Cost of single journey is €2.10 per person.
