No. The Norwegian currency is Kroner (NOK).

No. The currency in Norway is the Norwegian krone, NOK. Use your credit/debit card to pay for goods and services and to get small amounts of cash from ATMs.

If you are just visiting on a cruise you will probably not need cash at all - it is quite normal to pay even small bills with a card and they are accepted pretty much everywhere.
