The New Forest Access for All group have been checking and mapping walks - including coastal options. This seems to have been a few years back, so may be out of date, but otherwise the details include car parking etc:

Hi If you have a robust chair that can cope with a graveled surface footpath/cycle track, then consider the Solent way. Starting at Hurst Point or Keyhaven, the path will take you to Lymington so you will have to turn at some point and return to the start.

This will however be well worth the effort as the birdlife is very abundant, and the Solent views are magnificent.

There are reviews on this site "The Solent Way Walk" that will give you a good idea of what to expect.

Have a good trip.
